Liz Jagmin

NENA Director

Liz Jagmin is the Assistant Program Manager for Community Integrated Employment at PARC (a ServiceSource Affiliate), where she manages all operations and provides direct services for the SSA Ticket to Work Employment Network. With over 12 years of experience in disability services, including work with Vocational Rehabilitation, Utah’s Medicaid Waiver program, and customized employment, Liz is dedicated to advancing employment outcomes through community impact and operational excellence.

Since 2021, Liz has led the strategic redevelopment of PARC’s Ticket to Work Employment Network, aligning it with SSA requirements and compliance standards while embedding a strong focus on high-quality services that support beneficiaries in achieving self-sufficiency. She continues to guide the program’s growth through compliance oversight, staff training, person-centered service delivery, and stakeholder engagement. One of Liz’s current areas of focus is strengthening and developing the PartnershipPlus model in the state of Utah, expanding collaborative efforts between Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Networks to improve long-term employment outcomes for beneficiaries.

Liz is ACRE and Discovery certified and completed extensive training in systematic instruction and customized employment through SourceAmerica’s Pathways to Careers initiative, where she was part of its first cohort at PARC. This nationally recognized demonstration project provided her with foundational experience in delivering employment services and reinforced her commitment to inclusive, individualized support. Known for her keen attention to detail and strong passion for delivering high-quality individualized assessments and services, Liz ensures that each participant receives support tailored to their goals.

As a long-time member of the National Employment Network Association, Liz actively participates in meetings, calls, and national conferences while consistently pursuing ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of inclusive workforce practices.
