Integrity & Growth Manager, American Dream Employment Network (ADEN) Kirstin Beard serves as Integrity and Growth Manager with the American Dream Employment Network (ADEN), where she oversees national compliance, quality assurance, and marketing for the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program. She has more than 10 years of experience in workforce development and disability services, including leadership roles with the Georgia Department of Labor and the Technical College System of Georgia. As a member of the NENA Board of Directors, Kirstin contributes her expertise in program performance, compliance, and outreach to strengthen Employment Networks nationwide. |
