She is responsible for operations of the Ticket to Work Program, overseeing Case Managers providing specialized help to persons with disabilities returning to work through the Social Security Ticket to Work Program. She brings more than 20 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare Information Technology, Non-profit Event Management and Supported Employment Services. Past work experiences have included Employment Specialist/Job Coach, Group Home Lead Supervisor| Direct Support Professional, Healthcare IT Training Manager, Charity Gala Chair, University of Dallas Ministry Conference Events Manager, Hospital Education Trainer, Surgical Services Coordinator. Cynthia lives in Dallas, Texas and enjoys collecting and reading books, entertaining at home, gourmet cooking and traveling – especially to New York City and London to visit her daughters and family.
