Ticket to Work Program Manager | CPWIC

Cynthia Worth has worked for BRWE, LLC, a National Employment Network, with offices in Tacoma, WA and Dallas, TX, since September of 2020. She is responsible for operations of the Ticket to Work Program, overseeing Case Managers providing specialized help to persons with disabilities returning to work through the Social Security Ticket to Work Program.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare Information Technology, Non-profit Event Management and Supported Employment Services.

Past work experiences have included Employment Specialist/Job Coach, Group Home Lead Supervisor| Direct Support Professional, Healthcare IT Training Manager, Charity Gala Chair, University of Dallas Ministry Conference Events Manager, Hospital Education Trainer, Surgical Services Coordinator.

She is passionate about providing support, services, and ongoing employment strategies to support and connect beneficiaries to careers and the community, with commitment for employment that will lead to self-sufficiency.

Cynthia holds credentials and certifications from Texas Women’s University, School of Nursing; University of Dallas, School of Ministry/ Advanced Biblical Studies; and Virginia Commonwealth University| Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor.

Cynthia lives in Dallas, Texas and enjoys collecting and reading books, entertaining at home, gourmet cooking and traveling – especially to New York City and London to visit her daughters and family. Originally from Illinois, she is a diehard Chicago Bears fan!
